One of the last malls in Ottawa that's fully "indoors" (and historically, the first). Good selection of services and stores, lots of parking. I like it. Beats box store developments hands down.

This shopping center feels Very small despite being a long one... the place feels like it's spread out thinly with proper guideline...! The stores were closed at a time when they were supposed to be open on a Sunday... thankfully we were eating at a great (mind you Expensive) breakfast restaurant "Allo Mon Coco" so we didn't mind too much the delays for the shop owners to open their stores! I personally wouldn't visit that mall Aside from going to Allo Mon Coco Restaurant! ;)

Not the best mall an scan get a li'l sketchy at times. But I do like the fact that they've got most of the brands one would wish to shop from; add to the fact ghat I tried my first Timothy's croissants there, I was quite happy I'm difficult to please when it comes to hot chocolates, but they didn't let me down. :)

Billings bridge mall has a good number of stores. There is lots of shopping, food, drink, and the other supports that you would expect to find. There are offices at the northwest end of the mall, which gives them more incentive to keep the mall clean and well maintained. Billings bridge is a hub for OC Transpo, so getting there using public transportation is easy. For people driving, there is always lots of parking - although they keep an eye out for people who leave their cars to go walking up Bank street.

The are big buttons on the side you push to get the automatic doors to open. Aisles are nice and wide for walkers and wheelchairs. 1 Elevator on ground floor works many people use it when the escalators decide not to work. Food court (above ground level) has 3 ramps and washrooms with 1 accessible stall for mobile. The bridge from the food court to the Transit Station has railings on both sides.
