  DO NOT SHOP at this place. The sales lady LIED about the carat of the diamond earrings (one was smaller than the other even though they are the same pair!). As soon as I pointed out the difference in carat of the two diamond studs to her, she became very defensive. She took the earrings back and refused to show me other earrings. I work in the area and will definitely advise all my friends and coworkers to avoid this place.

  Worst place I've ever stepped into. We went in to have a ring sized down to a smaller size for my ring finger. They asked a bunch of inappropriate questions (where did we buy it. How much did we spend on the ring etc). The unfortunate woman looked at it with the magnifying thing and said she could not confirm if it was real gold even though it said 18 k. She then turned to the elderly coworker next to her and said to her in French that pawn shops sell illegally. The elderly woman then turned to me and told me to just wear my engagement ring on the other finger! They were acting like we came in for an appraisal and their opinion, instead of the real reason; to have it sized.. After all that terrible treatment they then told us that they refuse our money because they only size rings that they can be certain are real gold. We went to a different jewelry place 5 min later. The guy took one look with the magnifying glass and said the ring was without a doubt real gold. He also was able to size it for us and have it ready by the end of the day. I told him how we were treated at Orly and he laughed his head off. He asked why in the world it would matter to them what the ring was worth if we were just there to have it sized. Go anywhere else for your jewelry. Don't support these people
