  Worst experience i have ever had buying anything! First be aware that this store does not have any return policy and they will not refund your money even if you go back one hour later! Nobody told me anything about the policy and when i asked them to put my ring on hold for my fiance to come pick it up, they did not! They said i should get it right away otherwise i will loose the deal which was not true either! They always have 25-30% off deal!!!! Another fraud! I went back the next day and they would not even admit that they made a mistake, they kept saying they have a little sign behind their computer which is practically invisible! The manager Iman is the most useless liar of all! Telling me that the computer won't let her to do it! Anyways, i contacted the company and they kept insisting that their policy won't do any refunds and i have to buy something else. I agreed to buy a men's watch and get at least 50% of my money back. When i went to the store, the watch was only $25 less than half of my credit, they literally made me to buy something else and make my refund less than 50%. The way they treat their customer is the most ridiculous way i have ever seen! Anyways, i bought a silver chain for $40 that i did not even need or want! These people keep tricking customers to buy things in a super high price! then they do not respect your money or time! I had to call them more than 20 times to arrange a 50% refund. Just STAY AWAY and save yourself from lots of headaches!

  My boyfriend bought me a ring, had major issues with it. The manager decided enough was enough and let me select something new in the store. Manufacture defects do exist and it's not the store per says fault. Am I beyond happy with my new selection have had it for a few months now and no problems whatsoever. Overall I am very happy that me and the manager found a solution. I would recommend this location, the manager is very friendly and understanding, it's hIghly appreciated.

  Not impressed...was given earrings for xmas..the post broke off the first time trying them on...I didn't want them fixed just to choose something else but the conditions around doing so we're so convoluted ...you have to spend additional dollars because the items were on sale today..but if you come back tomorrow the sale isn't on so you still have to pay more...sounds like a gimmicks???

  Had a lady add in a new battery to my watch and she told me the movement was broken and they can ship away my watch to have it fixed. Took it to a different place and the movement is perfect. She just didnt know how to put in a watch battery properly.....

  I brought in my Swiss Army watch for a routine battery replacement as this was the store we bought it from originally, and the watch and clock specialty store in the basement of St-Laurent has either gone out of business or relocated. Here is the list of things she broke while performing this routine change: Destroyed the threads on the backplate rescrewing it back on, presumedly because she tried to press it on without screwing. Completely discarded (why?) the gasket, so my watch wasn't water resistant anymore. This is how I noticed something was wrong, as there was fog under the glass on the inside of the watch on a regular humid day. Bent open the battery retaining arm on the inside that holds the battery in place. It is on a hinge but she didn't realize that and simply bent it out of the way, much like opening a pop can tab. In summary, after making us wait a solid 40 minutes for this battery swap, she completely screwed up my watch instead of just being honest and fessing up her incompetence. She was willing to destroy my watch, the one I bought from her six years ago, for nine dollars. Will adamantly recommend friends and family away from this chain.
