  Had used BIG CITY MOVER and I honestly was Very Happy with the servie with the guysvery helpful and treated my belongs with care . After doing my research about moving nightmares . I will be using these guys again and I would defiantly recommend them

  An utterly disastrous experience. Was quoted $69/hr. Found out that it was 3 hr min. Out of necessity of time constraints had to agree. Movers were 3 hrs late showing up. Upon completion they said to pay $367. The move took 48 min total from loading to unloading. I was informed there is a fee for the truck also. I was told if full amount was not paid they would go back in and take all the stuff they moved. They then offered to deduct HST (illegal btw) they refused to take credit card as they are cash only. They refused to give receipt which I need for taxes. They are not at listed address! DO NOT HIRE THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY!

  Great service, very pleased with the movers, quality movers. They handled my belongings with great care. Definitely recommend.

  Absolutely a joke. Forgot about my booking. Come 2 hours later, with "3 strong movers" which in reality was two seventeen year old children. At 120/HR I really expected 3 full grown men. A seriously horrifying experience.
