  First time at this hotel and quite impressed! Cozy, warm and nice room at a reasonable price. Close to downtown and shopping centres. Staff is courteous and always ready to help... with a smile ;-) recommend to anyone coming to Quebec City for business or pleasure

  By far this was the best BW we ever stayed in and we have stayed in many across the USA and Canada. It was actually our very first BW Premier. Staff is very courteous, room was very comfortable and very quiet, the location was great close to everything. We would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat. Great, great place.

  Great hotel! The decor is simply beautiful and it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. The food is amazing, it's a 5 diamond restaurant. The bathrooms are stunning. Everything about the hotel was excellent and that's coming from someone who's always skeptical about overnight stays.

  Excellent hotel with a great location. I booked this place at the last minute, but it turned out to be a very good decision. The hotel is easy to access from the highway, is a couple minutes from the train station, and it is just a few minutes away from a large shopping mall. There is a bus that runs right downtown about a 3 min walk from the hotel as well. Very convenient and very clean. The shower was amazing! I will be staying here again.

  Wanted to give you guys 5 stars because not only did I have a wonderful time, the beds were amazing and comfortable and the rain shower head was fabulous! I may need to buy one for myself now. I also wanted to share that I had forgot a external hard drive with a lot of personal and business items on it and not only were they able to locate this 2 days after I had left, everything was still on it! I am so relieved and thankful that it was not stolen. Will be booking with you again if I ever go back to Quebec City!
