::Staff were excellent! Beds, pillows & room very comfortable & spacious! Breakfast was tasty & well organized. However, they could modernize the lobby & hallway decor & lighting to make it brighter & more upscale. I found the dark mustard yellow hallway with dim lighting was especially depressing.

::Good hotel. Clean and comfortable room. We ended up with huge room, and the price was a steal. I guess the building was originally set to be apartments. Would be great for a family wanting more space at a good price. The halls were a bit dated but it looked like they were updating while we were there. All the staff were very nice, and helpful. Check-in & check-out was easy, they called a taxi for us which was there within minutes which was great. Definitely would stay there again.

::The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. Heat is easily controlled in-room. Free underground parking is a bonus! Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are good, especially the waffles! The nearby grocery store makes it easy to take advantage of the kitchenette.

::Absolut hervorragend und bedenkenlos zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Downtown Calgary, sodass man die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. Parkplätze gibt es kostenlos am Hotel, sogar eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Das Zimmer war absolut klasse, wir hatten eine King Suite im 14. Stockwerk mit Ausblick auf die Skyline von Calgary. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar eine vollwertige Küche konnten wir nutzen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich (Rührei, Würstchen, Oatmeal, frische Früchte und viel mehr), der Kaffee hervorragend. Wer einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mit zentraler Lage in Calgary sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

::Großes sauberes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken direkt am Hotel. Schnelles Internet. Sehr zu empfehlen.
