  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location of this hotel is good and convenient. However, the fitness center was poorly maintained and equipped. Several machines were out of service during the time of my stay. I may still consider booking this hotel again because of its staff, location and price if no other better alternatives are available.

  Comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to Mont Royal and Vieux Montreal. Restaurants and amenities all nearby. A very enjoyable stay. Staff friendly, hotel comfortable and clean. Great breakfast at Cora's restaurant. Would stay again.

  Had to upgrade due to a very small initial room, hallways were tiny as were elevators too. But the customer service was fantastic. Always very helpful employees and the price to upgrade was just a couple bucks more. Very clean. Worth going again for sure. Just off St Catherine's strip. Even better. We will most likely be back.

  The staff was incredible pleasant. I arrived early and wanted my bags put aside while I went out but they were kind enough to check me in early. The hotel rooms look recently renovated and are quite spacious. I enjoyed my stay here.

  Amazing staff here, friendly, patient, polite, and a welcoming good morning, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, excellent service providing excellent heat if needed in the room a touch of a button and the room heats up quickly if to hot again a touch of a button and the room gets colder with air conditioning, restaurants within the hotel are great very good food and not that costly either☺️☺️ Just steps away from the outdoors and everything you could possibly want is within steps away from this beautiful newly renovated hotel. Everything i wanted this hotel met my expectations and more.....Superb work on behalf of the staff and receptionist. I was handed out brochures for activities to do with my son and everything was perfect.....with no hesitations I will be back to come here for sure! And the best yet 5 minute walk to the Bell Center. Why this hotel is only at 3 stars is beyond me i would give it 20 plus stars if i could so 5 stars is not even enough because this hotel deserves only the best ratings and stars possible ☺️☺️☺️
