  Idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre.Déco/ambiance un peu froide et impersonnelle à l'image du personnel... Clientèle moitié business, moitié touristes. Mention spéciale pour leurs omelettes et leur salle de sport.(Ps: Pour plus de tranquillité, privilégier les chambres donnant sur l'arrière de l’hôtel.)

  Boa localização, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, café da manhã bom, café de cortesia em máquinas na recepção e no quarto com boa variedade inclusive chocolate. O café da manhã poderia incluir queijos, iogurte e frutas. A limpeza da entrada do hotel não é boa, mas, parece ser um problema da cidade, surpreendentemente suja e empoeirada.

  O hotel é muito bem localizado, café da manhã excelente e máquina de café disponível no lobby a qualquer hora de graça. Único defeito são as ruas sujas.

  No major issues really. Great breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Never played the TV, so can't say about that. Shower was good but the jet was a little sharp (not diffuse enough). Didn't bother me that much though. But it is located downtown, so there is naturally some noise esp. on Saturday nights (till ~2-3AM) when there seem to be quite a few party goers hanging out at that late hour. The reception desk was always helpful though not always accurately informed (so better do some research before seeking their advice). You pay quite a bit for the valet parking but most places, we were told, would be easier to go to with the bus/subway & walking than by car (hard to find parking). That probably wasn't always true esp. since in the winter, there isn't that much crowding but we did as suggested and have nothing to complain about except that we never used the valet service before checking out for good. Cleaned the room daily and also knocked on the door if we hadn't shown up for breakfast by 9 AM. All friendly and overall, a pleasurable stay. Would surely recommend.

  Really nice rooms. Quick check in. Only issue I have is the room has a joining door and there are people staying in the room next door. Freaks me out a little bit. Otherwise, room is good, clean and spacious. Thanks
