  Very impressive facility. I don't enjoy staying in hotels a whole lot, but I really enjoy this one. Clean spacious and great breakfast choices. Huge area to visit in, pool & water slide are great fun. Lots of parking, video surveillance. All around a five star in my books will definitely stay here again.

  Great overall experience. Friendly staff with great service. We had some trouble trying to adjust the thermostat, other than that no problems. Easy access to major highways as well

  The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were professional, the breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool. Considering all that we got in return I think the price was very good. The location was also nice as there are lots of options for eating out on 8 St E, very convenient. Would recommend.

  We would not stay there again. 1. Years back I had ordered Best Western gift cards off of our air miles account. We finally got around to using them but all of those cards have been canceled because they are old. We were unaware of this, and my husband even called a day before we left on our trip to confirm the amounts on the cards. When we got there, the staff at the front desk said that the cards had been de-activated and gave us a telephone number in which we should call to reactivate the cards. It was and continues to be a bit of a gongshow. We ended up just paying for both nights in full and are hoping to get a refund by tomorrow, but no thanks to the actual hotel that we stayed at. The only person that was helpful was a woman at the service center that we called. And we'll see how helpful she is once that refund comes or does not. 2) there are wood or laminate floors in the rooms at this hotel. This means that every sound above you Echoes even louder than in any normal Hotel. It was pretty unpleasant being on the third floor.

  Great stay- will definitely stay again! The breakfast is a fantastic deal. There are no bathtubs in the room which I would want for a longer stay and the pool closes at 10pm which was disappointing- we were hoping for 11pm. But overall clean, new and modern!
