  Only attended an event held in their main conference room, it was bright and open which was nice and held a sufficient amount of people. The parking lot was substantial aswell. It was nice to be accommodated so easily. No real interaction with the staff, but nothing bad to say.

  Easy to find and visible from the highway when driving into Milton. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a wonderful salt water pool. Was great to unwind in the pool over the weekend. The recommendations from the staff on where to eat was perfect! There's an on-site pub (the temple bar and pub?) And the food is out of this world! The staff at the hotel were very easy to talk to and even the smallest request (restaurant recommendations to extra Band-Aids) we're handled and answered wuicjly and honestly.

  Beds are comfy, close to some great restaurants, room was clean and food was yummy. Front desk ladies were friendly, and welcoming. Always nice to go somewhere and feel welcome. I'll be coming back here again without hesitation.

  The staff are really nice! The room is a tight squeeze - forget using the closet. The closet in this place needs the doors removed to even come close to being functional. I think each door (sliding) was maybe 12". The bed is super comfy and the hotel is nice and quiet. Someone needs to find a broom. The cobwebs up in the corners of the room on the outside wall were nasty. Glad I knew they were cobwebs - not spiderwebs. The restaurant has one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I was back in that area I would definitely return to the restaurant, but would take a look at the room to ensure its was properly cleaned before I took it. I wish the Best Western would be more discerning in it's use of a "Plus" designation.
