  So far my favorite barber shop, the price is reasonable, the decor really nice. Has a fresh look but a classic feel to it. The service is great, give you a free drink while you wait, hot towel and scalp massage while getting a shampoo. And right downtown, with easy access.

  This place is great. Excellent service and atmosphere. But that laminated sheet you left for us all to read bemoaning business unfriendly tax stuff and labeling a charge a "socialism charge" left a very poor impression. You could add a 2 dollar price increase as the cost of doing business and nobody would have batted an eyelash given the quality and service. Instead I now think this is a great company staffed by great people with some obnoxious owners. Keep going to support the staff of course.

  This place is boss. Looks brand new, with an old school barber shop feel as the staff are very customer service friendly/savvy and you can tell the clients enjoy their time. Reasonably priced cuts with hair wash and scalp massage! Left with a great cut and feeling relaxed! I may have gotten the best fade of life when I saw Kelly-Ann a few weeks back. I’m seeing her again tomorrow and don’t plan on going anywhere else any time soon! Keep it up people!

  I’ve been seeing Jessi at the Fifth and Fifth location following her move from Bow Valley Square and I can confidently say that I’m very satisfied. I’m picky with my cuts but Jessi is fantastic and consistent. The service is always great, the atmosphere is a sort of Retro meets new age barbering which gives a nice break in the fray. I value the inputs on hair product / hair loss management. Jessi’s a Red Seal barber and it shows; a true professional of the trade.

  I have been here several times and have always been satisfied for the most part until my last visit. I booked myself for a haircut and a beard trim over my lunch hour giving myself more than ample time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the result looks exactly like that. It has got to be the worst haircut I have ever had. I swear I could have cut it myself without looking in a mirror and the resaults would have been better. I have random hairs that are different lengths and it looks like someone cut a wad of gum out on the one side. My beard trim was even worse. The neckline looks like I did it myself while super intoxicated. I will not be going back. The quality of the work has really gone down hill as of late.
