  Lots of staff, not busy, yet mediocre to poor service. Staff more interested in each other than the customers. Going the extra mile not in their ethic.

  Great layout with lots of friendly staff that are willing to help. Unfortunately, Best Buy does not have a reputation for the best prices, but they do price match so that's a huge plus!

  Did a return, quick and painless. Ample parking available. Big store, open layout. Was the first (new designed) BB in Lower mainland. Generally no lineups and easy to browse without disruption but can usually find a sales staff when needed.

  Nick was very very helpful, he was super patient and so polite. He helped me get the deal I was looking for a phone and a plan. Great experience!

  Staff was super helpful. Return clerk could not do something and immediately got the manager to help. Manager was very helpful and took time to get things right. Great selection and plenty of staff to help out. When the checkout line started to fill up more cashier's came to get everyone through quickly. Avoid the Cambie store and come here.
