  Just purchased a new computer from Best buy on Granville. Pratik was approachable and informative and after purchasing he realized that I forgot an item from my purchase and tracked me down in the crepe restaurant downstairs. Definitely went above and beyond! Thanks!

  I visited the Best Buy store because I wanted to see the latest technology gadgets. This store used to be a Future Shop, which I enjoyed shopping at more than now. I personally think the Best Buy store hasn't enough stock of products, and at most times it's difficult to find a store salesperson.

  We were able to find our products easily. When we arrived at the checkout there was only one cashier and quite a large line. We waited maybe a few seconds before an employee occupied the rest of the registers to help myself and the other customers with our purchases. They were quick and efficient.

  Excellent service, very knowledgeable, I highly recommend seeing Kevin in the phone department, he knows his stuff and is efficient with the customers needs in mind. Also, the store Manager Matt is very helpful and easily available. He is running a great store... This Best Buy location is the best there is... I highly recommend shopping at this location for all your technology needs.

  Terrible service!!! You deserve minus stars. I felt discriminated and racially profiled from the minute I walked in. I’m sorry I came in 15 minutes before closing to buy an item. I was sent from another location because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. How dare you all whisper amongst each other while staring right at me and then tell me you don’t have the item Im looking for just to get rid of me when the other location specifically told me you had it and put it on hold. This was a first for me. My heart and support goes out to everyone in the city whoever feels not good enough because of their race. I felt like this for the first time in my life and it was sickening. Shame on you Best Buy Granville!!
