  The guys at the Geek Squad at this location are great. When I spilled water on my laptop in December during exam I came to them and they were able to back up my stuff. They tried multiple methods and were sympathetic.

  I had a problem with product I purchased yesterday. Came in the right time today (the next day) and dealt with the right people. They were professional and made me feel that i should come to this place again for future purchases and not somewhere else. Thank you Alex. Thank you Rocky. All the best guys!!!

  Buyer beware when renewing your contracts with best buy mobility. I spent roughly three hours with the lead mobile agent trying to upgrade my phone and I came out with a renewed contract and no phone upgrade. How did this happen-- simply because the lead mobile agent did not listen to what phone I wanted and even had the audacity to put the blame on me for not communicating properly with her (when in fact it was the first think I said when I first came in and many more instances during our conversation). I wasn't going to pay for the phone that I wanted so I returned the phone that she mistakenly processed and I came out pissed off.

  Good quality best price good service. The best part is no fraud and clean communication. I prefer to buy from best buy for ever as I got the best product from best price. It was a wonderful experience. I request people to try the nearest store and enjoy good benefits. I am a satisfied customer of best buy. I purchase Asus laptop for 1800 bucks and it's really awesome. I am thankful to best buy for this product

  Do NOT buy a cellphone with contract from here. This store scammed me by creating a new share everything account instead of upgrading my existing line. This resulted in me having to spend many hours on the phone with my service provider and in this store. Also, I lost all my loyalty discounts. Buyer beware.
