  Best Buy has really improved in the past few years. Perhaps they realized they would have to step up their game to compete with online retail. The store is clean and has decent stock but they always seem to be out of stock of the item I want. At least you get to pick the box you want off the shelf so it's easy to avoid beat up and crushed product. The staff here is friendly and great at helping you find what you're looking for but absolutely useless when it comes to answering any technical questions. That's fine if you do your research before going in but if you're the type that goes to the store and don't know which model you want, you're not going to get any real help here.

  Andrew M, and Catie both assisted me. Catie was quick to acknowledge as to why I was here, and quickly helped me find the right person to overtake the situation as it was a little complicated. Andrew was absolutely incredible; this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a retail store. He quickly found my receipt, and did everything possible to help me out with my headphones. I had purchased a set of Sony headphones several months ago, and was needing to claim the protection on them; something I'd been putting off due to needing to send them in and the hassle of the ordeal. Andrew quickly eliminated the hoops I would have needed to jump through with the protection plan, and helped me there on the spot with an incredible level of efficiency. He was a wonderful individual who really went out of his way to help me out. Speaking with him after he sorted out my headphones, he did everything he could to find a box set I've been unable to find anywhere else. Andrew M really set the bar for customer service, he was very insightful and was incredibly sweet. Your store is very - very lucky to have him as an employee! I was unfortunately unable to buy the box set on the spot, as the system isn't always quite accurate towards small floor items which I fully understand. Catie quickly stepped in with a positive attitude, happily taking over for Andrew M. She was eager to approach me while I was on the floor and checked in with me in regards to if the matter had been resolved; She was incredibly kind, and a very warm inviting person to chat with. Catie was wonderfully efficient, specially considering the system seemed to be acting up, but she handled it like a boss. She had me in the system and fully set up with my box set - Game of Thrones to be ordered in quickly! I had a very wonderful conversation with her, and she stepped up the experience another notch. I'm more then happy to drive across the city for this location in particular. I have yet to have a bad experience here; the staff are always incredibly knowledgeable, have a great grasp of their job, are more then eager to help with anything, and have always offered right off the bat to order in an item; Or to my house in the rare chance they don't have my item.

  It would be really nice to be able to say the word "cell phone" without having some sales rep run up and try to sell you a new plan or phone. I went in and asked if they carried cell phone batteries. The guy said no, told me a store that might have them, then starting asking about the plan I was currently on, and told me that I should just a new phone instead of buying a new battery. I swear the reps get worse every time I go in. -1 star for annoying reps. The second is for the lack of stock. I ended up getting one from a stand in the mall.
