  Great products, clean environment. Staff is usually awesome. It doesn't feel that great being followed around by an employee like your going to try and do something shady especially when your a consistent loyal customer. Not cool Best buy. Only happened once tho lol. Other than 4.5./5 One of the best places to get Electronics in town.

  Brought in a tablet to get fixed, battery overheated and caused warping. Another company fixed it no problem but the Geek Squad guy kept arguing with me telling me I sat on it. Customer service is a big ol 0. I’ll never darken the door of this business anywhere in the world again in my life.

  I was totally impressed with the service at the Prince George branch. Chanel in the appliance department went out of her way to complete our purchase of a washer/dryer. Thank you Chanel for your quality help!!
