  What does a future bankrupt retailer look like? Visit any Best Buy and you'll see. Rows of semi-filled shelves with last year's merchandise abounds. Few hours current items. Only redeeming point is their ability to internet price match.

  Purchased 2 Thinkware F800 dashcams for our family vehicles! Best Buy provided the best price and service in the Fraser Valley! These dashcams are by far the best quality I have seen or used. As someone who has used dashcams for almost 8 years, in a variety of uses, from law enforcement to long haul trucking, I wouldn't drive a vehicle without one. This is my 3rd dashcam, and the video and audio quality are second to none. Thank you Best Buy for convincing me that this was the camera to purchase. Absolutely no regrets!

  Nobody around to help. Wanted to buy a monitor but I'll buy it from Amazon instead. Have the same experience every time I'm here - if you know what you want and where it is you'll be fine but don't rely on the staff for anything.

  You can forget getting an answer from the Geek Squad by phone. Not happening. I had a newer computer serviced by them by replacing my hard drive and loading Windows 10. Every time I picked up the 'repaired' computer it was not operating correctly.. It took five (5) trips from my home to their store in Abbotsford for them to install the new operating system correctly. Sad.

  Never do they answer the phone. You call then walk in and the staff are chatting up a storm nobody asking to help you. Why would I give them my money when I can get it at Amazon for less to my door? Management needs to go quickly find someone to take my money because after reading your reviews your missing out on a lot of revenue. Days are numbered Best guess.
