::I bought a laptop a year ago it was having issues so i took it in to get fixed as it was all covered through the warranty i pay every month. Turns out they couldn't get the parts to fix it so they gave me money towards a new one. They told me everything would be transferred from old computer to the new one. i was looking through my bank and saw they were taking 2 payments out one for the old one the Manager said was cancelled and one for the new laptop. Customer service is horrible at this location and the geek squad i had to phone to get it all corrected was horrible as well. I would NEVER buy anything from Best Buy ever again it was such a horrible and time consuming process!!!!

::Best buy is best in services and products. I was in market looking for fridge and dishwasher. Appliance expert SADHANA was very knowledgeable. She provided me with proper information and helped me selecting the appliances I need. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to this place and SADHANA as their appliance expert.

::I Went to the Store on Saturday mid afternoon at the Customer Service there was a smart intelligent girl who knew what to do as my son's Nintendo switch needed repair. She immediately solved the problem and was very kind & polite. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

::This is a nice store with a good selection of products. Unfortunately, due to my most recent experience with "Athena" in customer service, I will NEVER shop here again. I had to return an item that I bought so I went in yesterday. I opened the item package but never used it and I had my receipt so I expected store credit (as opposed to cash back) and it should have been pretty straight forward. "Athena" was rude, visibly angry and pretty much treated me like a criminal who was trying to scam her out of her personal money. It was a very poor experience and she was incredibly unprofessional. As I said, I will NEVER shop here again.

::Great store, they did a very nice job with the recent renovations. The store is very easy to navigate and find what your looking for. Staff is very polite and helpful, there not pushy and help you find what you need and what’s best for you. Overall experience was very happy.
