  I want to thank Stephen for helping us understand and solve some wireless internet and cell phone coverage issues we are having in our new home. We were amazed at the vast knowledge he had! He was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He was so good that when we were done with him we asked him if we could talk to the store manager to compliment him and he them told us that he is the store manager! Wonderful customer service, thank you Stephen!

  I really like the redesign of their floor layout. Things are open and easier to find. Helpful staff, not pushy - just a friendly greeting and offer of assistance. They were quick to identify level of knowledge on a product and able to fill in the gaps that I didn't know.

  Went to look at camers. After a long time looking on my own one of the many staff came over to ask if I needed help. I mentioned that the camera I was looking at kept turning off saying it didn't have a genuine battery. Not something I'd expect from such a reputable store. The employee said he knew and that he couldn't do anything about it. I was disappointed he did not off to get one out of a box to demonstrate it for me. I was ready to make an $800 purchase after all. I inquired about offers but he said there was nothing he could do. Everything about his manner suggested he didn't want to engage with me as a customer and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We eventually purchased a small item having to wait a long time in the queue despite there being a lot of staff standing round doing nothing.

  I went into to Best Buy to trade-in in some video games. The staff that were helping me out were very professional and well knowledgeable about their job. I'm impressed! I would return here to trade-in more games. The store was very clean and the other staff seamed to be having fun and smiling. The only downside, is the music was too loud. You could barely hear yourself think. Lol.

  It's almost as if 1/4 of the people in there are customer service representatives. Here and there, there's somebody with a very welcoming face to help you if you have any sort of issues or questions. There's nothing to dislike about this place! It deserves to be called "Best Buy" and this name is not just about how incredibly their prices are low, it's also about how their team thrives to ensure the best shopping experience. Best of luck shopping at Best Buy Canada :)
