  I am a pre-plan funeral holder, client, with Bernardo Funeral Homes Limited, I thank the Lord, for Cherrie Liu, an Assurant Life pre-planner, Cherrie Liu, helped, to understand the pre-plan funeral, by; being in person, phone, texting and emails, with my many... questions? I would give Cherrie Liu, 10 stars, even though there is, only 5 stars.

  First I would like to thank all the staff at Bernardo's Funeral Home (Dufferin) for the wonderful service they provided my family and I for my dad's funeral (Virginio Bizarro), From the start of pre-arranging a few weeks before my dad passed away with Domenic to the very end of completing services with Chris. Domenic not only made sure that we where extremity happy and comfortable during a tragic time he also treated us like family. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had every wish, every decision in place. The staff was very warming with myself and my family since the very start, they where compassionate, caring and very loving. They made sure my mother was treated with love and respect in the passing of my father and Chris went above and beyond to take care of her at the cemetery. Going back to do the aftercare with Chris, we where still treated with respect and compassion, Domenic was around and still made sure to come and speak with myself and my mom treating us not like a customer but like part of their family owned business. I would recommend Bernardo's Funeral Home to those in need of their loved ones last moments in a heart beat, not only because of their exceptional service but mostly because of how we where treated from start to finish during this difficult time.   Like all the past reviewers, from start to finish the staff did a tremendous job. Compassionate, caring, and very respectful. Thank you for your accommodation. My family and I greatly appreciate all that you’ve done for ourselves and my grandpa.

  Ultimately, the best funeral home you can depend on. Everyone is treated with respect and care. They did a wonderful job for my mother and I'm glad I chose this funeral home.
