  Service client nul. Je regrette de ne pas avoir lu préalablement les avis sur Internet car c'est un VRAI problème. Les valises sont garanties 10 ans (Samsonite) mais pour faire réparer une valise à 100 $ sous garantie, 6 mois après l'achat, il faut payer 35$ de frais de prise en charge. SCANDALEUX.

  They claim their products have a warranty, but they'll refuse to honour the warranty when you take it in. It was taken in for the exact issue that the warranty supposedly covers, within the warranty period, and they flat-out refused to do anything.
