  APPENDING ORIGINAL REVIEW: THREE TIMES now they have done major work on my car & I've been once again very pleased!! This last time to replace the drivers side mirror (which I ordered and supplied) and fix the dent I put in the door which ran vertically the full length of the door. I figured ...why not get the entire side fixed up since it had a scrape on the driver's side rear passenger door. They repaired and repainted bumper to bumper in about 5 days BEAUTIFUL JOB ...disassembled all trim etc not just masked ...factory quality very reasonable price. TWICE PREVIOUSLY Kenny at Ben Auto Body has done terrific work on my car for substantially less than competitors. The first & most major event was April 2014 after I was hit in an intersection. The entire front end had to be rebuilt & the frame straightened. ICBC estimated almost $4,000.😱 Kenny did. It for $2,000😁 The work has held up -NO ISSUES with paint or things coming loose. The 2nd was having a side mirror replaced. My car is old but mint. He couldn't get a replacement from local sources so he gave me a price (verbally) for painting and installation if I bought the new mirror and brought it to him. It was 2 months before the mirror I ordered from the USA arrived and due to my procrastination, another month till I got around to bringing it to him. There was also a rear sidelight assembly that needed replacing and had ordered the same time as the mirror. I left it all with him for painting. and he called a couple of days later to say it was ready for installation. I brought the car in and he had it done within 30 minutes. The paint was a perfect match ...he kept the number for the mixture on file from my previous mishap. """The sidelight assembly was also installed at NO EXTRA COST and he stayed with his original quote TO THE PENNY!!!😁🎉🌟 Kenny is VERY busy and could use a receptionist/front office manager. Communication can be difficult at times, but I believe this to be more a result of time economy rather than language. .. A RECEPTIONIST however is a considerable expense that would be reflected in what he must charge. I prefer to invest a little time in communication and continue to get great work at a great price.   They had my truck for two months, kept on promising it'll be done in a week. Afree 2 month i took my truck and found a better shop. Dont waste your two months like me. Find a professional to get it done. These guys are not pros. They are con men.

  I had a dent above the door handle repaired and had to go back 2 times due to bubble surfacing on the paint after a few month. I was told it was a paint problem from the paint manufacturer. They smooth the area out with new paint the second time but you can still see the bubble underneath the paint, so they try to fix it the third time and it was just any okay job. PROBLEM was there was damage on the rear bumper that was never there when I dropped off the car, the car was so dirty but there was an obvious smudge mark in that area, looked as though it'a an area that was worked on. They claimed they have nothing to do with the damage, without proof, I left and went to a car wash, I was actually able to scrap off the fresh new paint to reveal the whitish paint chip below. It is quite obvious seeing that there is new patch up paint. I like to finish by saying staff there were always courteous but in my opinion, not very honest.

  Amazing experience. Had a dent in the side of a Honda Civic, the quality work was done quickly and effectively and their staff's communication was excellent! Highly recommended!
