::Didn't want to believe it but it is true! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! the two guys behind the counter has such an attitude and weren't even aware what I had spoken with my customer service rep over the phone and the deal that I had. I was sure there was something dodgy because their numbers were off and they were pushing me to pay more....left and went somewhere else! BEWARE OF THIS STORE!

::If you are so inclined as to seek out the services of Bell (which I discourage you to do in the first place for many reasons), at least go to any other store than this one. I have had my issues with Bell and every time I come to this store I leave unsatisfied. The people here are unconcerned salesmen and are (or believe they are) not in service. On top of that they are scamming people with their Desjardins bank payment plan. My sister had finished her contract and was paying as you go on a family plan with my parents. She broke her phone so came to get it fixed or repaired... she is not really good at this stuff so they took advantage. She had to pay for a new phone and they signed her up for a 25 month contract where supposedly she saves $5 a month by signing up with Desjardins and paying partially to them. She was told $12. BUT it was $12.28 for 36 months! Anyways, they signed her up for something she didnt want without properly informing her, and they definitely left out the fact the bank charged interest on the portion she would be paying through them. She has all this issues with the bank now. On top of this the new plan was not the same, was more expensive, and lost the family plan components. We went to see them and they were unsympathetically useless. Anyways, don't deal with these guys at all.
