  Would recommend this Bell location over any other. Amazing service from Cody today. He was incredibly patient as I asked him about every possible combination for my plan, and managed to get me an awesome deal.

  A wonderful experience with Cody Card. He genuinely cares for the customers, leads his team very adeptly and strives to HELP his clientele. He stayed open late to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and he has made me a return customer - not only to Bell, but also to his location. He's honest and he'll go above and beyond! Give this man a prize, A bonus ...but just don't put him into a corporate position yet... we'd miss him too much on Bank street;) Keep doing your thing, Cody - and thanks. Jimmy.

  We were served by Codi and were very pleased. He helped us get the cheapest plan that fit best for us. He even stayed open after the hours to help us properly. Great service! Thank you very much Codi! You helped us a lot! If you have any questions about phone plans I really recommend going over there.

  This place is great! After trying repeatedly to let Rogers follow through on the cell phone bundle they promised us with our home service. I finally called bell on Bank. Within 3 hours of the call I had -driven to the store, -confirmed our new home service and -3 mobiles, also went to another bell store to pick up a pink iPhone not in stock at Bank. And then home. Was so happy We switched our business plan from Rogers to Bell. Thanks Cody Card and the staff at Bell on Bank. Also was easy to get in touch with follow up questions about our bill and plan, which was exactly as promised! We will be telling our friends. Cody Card CC Customer Care!

  I usually hate dealing with anything phone related, but last week I went in to see about a new phone. We met Cody and he really went above and beyond in his customer service! He spent hours with us trying to sort out a difficult situation - even stayed over an hour after close just to help us out. Bell is seriously lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them, I only wish there were more employees like him to make dealing with phone companies more enjoyable. Wow, thank you so much Cody for the excellent customer service - we really appreciated everything you did for us!! Wont be dreading having to sort out phone related stuff anymore thanks to him :)
