  Incorrect plan sold to reel you in.... once we realized it was too late we got charge extras. Credit was promise but never given. Got other services with Bell. its always a fight to get your bill correctly charged.

  Exceptional Service and Pricing at Bell. Nathan was more than helpful, patient and professional. Went to get a phone for my wife, and I ended up getting the same phone on a same plan. Very very happy with my visit here. Will be back for my next phones! He asked all the right questions very efficiently without pressuring me at all. At the end, we reviewed all of bell's products from cell phones, phone cases, internet services, to tablets in the shortest amount of time possible and picked the right ones for us.

  I would highly recommend not to get entangled with Bell.Extremely poor service. I was told by one agent as well as the bell employee who cancelled my account that I can return equipment at any store location. When I brought in the equipment, the bell employee said that they do not take back equipment at the store. It is exactly because of such poor customer service that I had cancelled my Bell services in the first place: 1. After 3 attempts they had failed to install a modem - including not being able to locate the phone line and the engineer forgetting to bring the equipment that needed to be installed. 2. They slapped on undue surcharge of almost $300. When I disputed it and provided my cancellation information, they immediately withdrew it.

  I was here this week to pick up a phone, and from start to finish my experience was very enjoyable. I was approached right away in a non-aggressive manner and taken cared of very professionally. The sales rep went above and beyond to give me a deal on my phone and even threw in a free case. He made sure to answer all my questions clearly and was patient with me. The other sales reps were also very friendly. I have had some very bad experiences with Bell in the last 5 years as a customer, so I am pleasantly surprised. I will be back and will recommend this location to friends/family.
