::Online stated they had the utensil tray I wanted. Go in store and was told if I didn't see it in a specific section then it's not there. They didn't bother to double check or look on their inventory. Nada. Went next door to Solutions. They didn't have the tray but gladly assisted in ordering it for me.

::I went to purchase curtains at Bed, Bath and Beyond yesterday and didn't have the "paper copy" of the coupon from their flyer and they refused to give me the 20% discount. Seriously, in this modern electric era where all coupons are done digitally, they are resorting to paper copy coupons? I felt really insulted.

::Bed bath and beyond is one of my favourite stores. The staff is friendly but not very helpful given the large number of products they carry. Love that they price match and those 20% of coupons that we get in the mail! Wish they would get a better organization system to help with locating things, makes it difficult to go for a quick purchase.

::Why do I keep giving this place a chance? Never have anything in stock, and items that should be in stock aren't there. God-forbid you ask a sales associate for help finding an item. They won't, or will make poor effort. Most items I have purchased in this particular store broke within the first week. The store is a mess. The customer service is attrocious, and to make matters worse, when we tried to avoid going in the store an order online, they lost our order. "Nothing we can do" they said. We are NEVER buying anything from this company again.

::BBB is one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately, the scent is so strong and sickening from whatever product they spray/infuse in the store that I can no longer go in there. The scent also permeates all the bedding and towels and it takes 2 washes to get it out. I had to take an antihistamine after shopping there yesterday.
