  I've been getting my hair done by Mel at the Beauty Supply Outlet on Lasalle for 6 years now! Every visit with her is just amazing! She always gets the colour perfect, and even surprises me by going above and beyond to make it the perfect colour for me! I have curly hair so a good haircut is very important and Mel does it right every time! The ladies at the shop are amazing and very friendly! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have amazing service

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Theres a great selection of products to chose from of which staff are very knowledgable on. Mel has been doing my hair for 3 years now and she does an amazing job every time. Love the BSO

  I have been going to the Beauty Supply Outlet for years. The girls are always amazing and always have the customer's best interest at heart. Some people just don't understand the process it takes to lighten hair. These girls have loads of experience and knowledge when it comes to colour and cuts!! I have been to many other salons and the experience just doesn't compare! Book your appointment...you won't be disappointed!!

  how embarrassing it was to have to get my hair redone twice after the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted twice. I went home and cried both times because my hair looked awful. Finally got my dad to call back and talk to the manger about my hair, she said a stylist from New York was gonna fix up my hair. So we head back and right off the start was a horrible experience not only did the stylist who messed up my hair TWICE was in charge for it again but she went on to say there's nothing she can do to my hair except dye it back. Because my hair colour was too dark and the ombre that was done before in my hair made it look copper colour. I sat there super embarrassed because my hair was literally disgusting. Finally the owner came over and said if they tried to redo anything in my hair it would fall off and be damaged which I understood. So the only other thing they would be able to do was colour it back. When I asked for a refund she said she would not give a refund because my hairs ombré colour was beautiful. Which is upsetting because it literally looks like I did it myself for $5.99. I wasn't asking for it to be perfect just that it would be what I paid for.. over $100 down the drain from my birthday money that I could have used to get my hair done at a another place where they wouldn't mess it up
