  Called for a part for my dryer late Saturday afternoon. I was told I would have it by monday. GREAT!!! Got a call back and said they have a part and they waited for me a little after hours to come pick it up. I appreciate that extra customer service. Unfortunately ill be back for washing machine parts. Baywest will be my first stop.

  Explained problem with dryer, he gave me his recommendation and sold me the part. I replaced it and good as new. Thank you!
