  Last summer we had a great experience with Bay Bloor Radio and Ryan Wright. He did a fabulous job assisting my parents in updating their home entertainment system, patiently working with them to find the right equipment and making sure they were comfortable with all the changes. We contacted him again last week for a new Bluray and again he provided great service and made sure to send an outstanding installer (kudos to Leroy!) to my parents' home. Very helpful for seniors who haven't got a clue how to connect point A to B. Thanks Ryan (and Leroy)

  After much dithering on my part, I decided it was time to add a DVD player to my AV system. In the past, I had had excellent, friendly product and service advice from Ryan Wright. Having retired, moved to another city, spent two years in Europe, I arrived at Bay Bloor Radio hoping Ryan would been there. He was. He immediately recognized me after so long. Again, his solid advice helped me make my decision. I am now the happy owner of a quality player and am looking forward to using it. Thank you, Ryan, for being a continuing part of my AV experience.

  Ryan Wright at Bay Bloor is the most knowledgeable person we have ever met for recommending great sound , TV or even a home theatre installation. Like everyone we had a budget including installation for a home theatre. We made an appointment and Ryan put together everything he recommended in one of their sound rooms and it was fantastic. Over the past 4 years we moved and went back to Ryan for a newer system with the same excellent results. Also for installation both times we used Robert DiNardo from Bay Bloor with the same excellent perfect installation. These guys really know their product and offer the best products and first class service.

  Ryan have given me exceptional, prudent knowledgeable service in order to my make my home theatre goals happen. He thoroughly determined what my needs were. A home visit was done before the purchase finalized. He also followed up after the sales, installation of my home theatre. He was very honest as to what my true needs were given the size of the rooms were and the best sound system that would provide the optimal output. My home theater, sound bar, kitchen TV and Bose sound wave are working the best. This guy even follows up weeks after to asses that we are using the item purchased to its full potential. Thanks Ryan!

  Dave Ivancic provided outstanding service in helping me upgrade my stereo system this year. Before my first visit to the store he arranged to have all of the gear I wanted to audition setup and ready to go and then allowed me to listen for as long as I wanted without interruption. He also allowed me to take various pieces of equipment home on a trial basis to see what worked best in my own environment. He even came to my house on a Saturday morning to make sure everything was working correctly. I have been an avid listener for many years and good sound is important to me. I am extremely happy with my new system and very grateful to Dave for the help he gave me.
