  Met representative at the Ottawa Cottage and Backyard Show (2018) and discussed lithium batteries and also my interest to test my travel trailer 12 V lead - acid battery. I brought the battery over today (April 24/18) to have it tested. The staff person was friendly, knowledgeable, and ran several tests (specific gravity, load test, acid level, voltage). She explained the results and provided accurate advice. The store is small, but it stocks a large number of battery types and solar systems for RV/travel trailers. It appeared to me that larger off-grid solar systems were also available. Very satisfied with battery service and am thinking about some other products based on store display.

  Darlene at the Merivale Road store has provided outstanding service every time we've dealt with them. We've had some pretty odd battery requests for camera equipment and she always goes the extra mile. Their competitors told us the only place to find the batteries we were looking for was from Alibaba and would take 2 months. Darlene sourced some in Toronto and had them Fedex'd in the next day....very impressed!

  The staff is wonderful and the service is excellent. They go that extra step to make sure you get what your needs are met.
