  The work performed by the original installers was good, in spite of the fact that a leak had been detected after the tub-surround had been installed. When we detected water on the floor in the basement laundry room (directly under the bathroom where the installation had taken place) a representative attended within the hour or so of my calling (late Saturday). He had the unpleasant task of locating a small leak in a soldered joint and was able to affect the repair (Sunday afternoon). The service person was a true ambassador for Bathfitter! He was apologetic for the inconvenience, very helpful and very knowledgeable. An asset to the company! As we all know, occasionally things can go wrong with a project and it is a sign of an upstanding, customer service oriented company that responds so quickly to make things right! Well done!

  The salesman was friendly and very understanding in helping us to decide what products would serve us best. The installer was professional / friendly and completed the job when he said he would.

  Quick installation started at 8am and finished by 2pm. Awesome!! Technician (Carlin) was very pleasant and easy to talk with. Appreciated the quick response for an estimate (Faye) and the calls from Shelley. You are a very efficient and pleasant team. A new shower in a day an awesome Christmas present.
