  Everyone loves Bass Pro Shops! This location is large and has tons of selection. Great kiddie area as well. It is nice during Christmas AND Easter when Santa and the Easter Bunny are on site for free photos. Such a good community outreach opportunity that gets me in the store! We also love bringing our littles to see the giant fish tank! More than just a shopping experience. It's a great outing for anyone with kids.

  This place is huge! prices are a bit steep but the quality looks good. they have a cool aquarium here. will definitely be back to get a few things for camping. place is nice clean and organized. friendly staff.

  This is one of the coolest stores, actually SUPER-STORES around! They are the real deal, go-to place for all of your hunting, fishing, camping, outdoors recreation needs. Huge and beautifully laid-out decor throughout the interior and nicely done by the front entrance side from the mall side of Vaughan Mills. A must to visit whenever in the area of Vaughan Mills! Well worth the full 5 stars!

  Love this place. Great products, great staff and great location. It’s like a retail shop and a Disney visit in one. We have never been disappointed with each and every visit here. The water fountain is enjoyable to sit by.

  My husband went to Bass Pro to buy some new boat seats last Nov. 28th. The 2 rear seats were in stock and he ordered the 2 front seats. He was told they would arrive in about 4 weeks. He got a call saying the order had arrived. After driving approx. 100 miles he found out only one seat had arrived. The sales clerk assured him that the other seat would show up soon.After many calls and many promises, he called the manufacturer in Texas and found out that there was no outstanding order for a boat seat from Bass Pro. He drove back to the store and told the clerk about the phone call to Texas. He then spoke with a manager who assured him that he would look into it. He didn't hear back from the manager. Just before leaving for a 2 month vacation, he called the store again. He was told once again that the seat was on order. He told the clerk about the vacation and that if the seat came in, to hold it until our return. He called the store on our return and was told that the seat hadn't arrived. My husband told the clerk that he would be bringing the other 3 seats back and wanted a full refund. Within a few hours a different clerk called to say the seat was there. He drove another 100 miles to pick it up. While there he spoke with a manager and suggested that they should give him a gift card for all the hassle, including expenses such as gas and time. The manager said that she would have to speak with another manager the next day to find out what happened. He went over the whole scenario once again with her but got nowhere. She said that they would call him the next day. He received no call. It took 4 months to complete the order which is totally unacceptable. The customer service was the worst he has experienced. Needless to say, we will never shop at Bass Pro again.
