  This spot is a nice option if you want a bit more low key of an atmosphere and still have the delicious BBQ that barque is known for. For two people we got two meat dishes and two sides, perfect amount. The lamb was good but not great unfortunately, but the rest was amazing. The servers are very friendly but the service is a bit slow or just not as attentive as it could be. Would come back though!

  I was looking for a place that served quality barbecue and I found this place on google. Went there as a group of seven people. Made reservations a few days in advance. Food is fantastic. Had the dry rub wings with the competition rub. It's super tasty. Also had the ribs with the sweet chilli sauce which was a tad bit spicy but very very tasty as well. The smoked banger was also delicious along with the deluxe fries. The meats have flavour infused in them and are very tasty. And the quality is there, you can just tell when you take a bite. The atmosphere was quite chill and our server Andrew was attentive with great service and answered our questions gladly. I even purchased some of their sauces to take home with me. All in all, if you're looking for quality eats, you cannot go wrong with Barque Butcher Bar. I will definitely be returning soon.

  1/4lb smoked brisket ($9) - very tender, thick slices, well seasoned, flavorful 1/4lb smoked lamb shoulder ($9) - pulled apart, saucy, moist, flavorful Grilled Brussels sprouts with BBQ sauce ($7) - comes in its own iron pan and remained hot throughout the meal! Very flavourful and a hint of sweetness from the BBQ sauce. Grilled with either bacon or pancetta as it was slightly oily but highly tasty! Ambiance - very well spaced out and family friendly. They had a movie projected on the wall and a mini shopping area. Super fast delivery on food as it came in what felt like under 10 minutes even though it was almost a full house! Lighting is a bit dim but truly is a beautiful restaurant.

  Barque Smokehouse was full, so we ended up coming here. It was a much better choice. Less crowded and less noisy. The menu items are slightly different from what we were told but if you're looking for meat you will find it here. The staff were great and really responsive. Was able to get a table for 5 on short notice.
