  I visited Barking Babies about four years ago, during a brief visit to Vancouver. It says a lot about the store and it's staff that I haven't forgotten either! I have two Chihuahuas and was delighted by the selection of cute accessories and clothing for my little ones! I plan on returning to Vancouver soon and will definitely be stopping into Barking Babies! Until then, much love from Calgary!

  I can’t believe the disgusting service I got there, I don’t not recommend taking your dog here, money oriented and unhelpful, they not are consistent with there words and I also got physically assaulted by them when I wanted my dog back , beware and stay away if they can treat people the way they treated me just imagine how they treat the love your life behind closed doors. That’s a number one red flag ! In response to the below : I am not sure if empathizing is defined through aggressively grabbing my arm when I asked for roxy back. i was able to get help for roxy at another groomer for exactly what we wanted and nothing inhumane happened, roxy was beyond happy and I had the peace of mind that he is clean and warm while I was out of the country :D

  Very poor customer service. I was looking for something I spoke with the owner Nancy few weeks ago, they just ignored me saying they never carried before. The girl is called Tania, she was been so rude to me, no patient, not friendly and helpful. When I try to pick some food, they don’t even ask what type of dog you have, so scary. JUST KEEP PUSH ON SALES! Worst pet store in Vancouver.

  The staff go above and beyond to provide value. I love the customer service, I love their diverse product line and I love the way they take care of my pup. Highly recommended!
