  The food at Barakat Market is amazing! Excellent quality and value for money. The food and especially the grilled meat at barakat market is the closest to authentic Lebanese food I’ve ever had in Ottawa. Definitely recommended!

  Extremely delicious food. Definitely one of the best places ive tried in Ottawa. I ordered the big family platter for our guests and they couldn’t stop complementing how tasty the food was! Place is clean and has very friendly staff !

  There is something to be said for the convenience of a grocery store combined with a restaurant. The two things that really stand out when you enter Barakat Market is how clean everything is and then the wonderful smell. If you weren't hungry before entering, expect to be before you walk out. I ordered the family pack which is by far the best kabobs I've ever had, what a difference when cooked with charcoal. Be warned that once you taste meat cooked in this fashion you will be hooked.
