    J'ai fermé un compte de banque commerciale. 3 visites en succursale, 17 emails et 8 appels plus tard, et surtout 4 mois plus tard, je n'ai jamais pu obtenir le solde du compte. Bien heureux de contribuer à la cagnotte du prochain party de bureau de la banque nationale.

    Very horrible telephone service. I had an extensive review and my computer crashed. In a nutshell, it seems branches don't communicate with each other. I pray for the day my business concerning my car loan is up, and I don't have to deal with this bank anymore. Mind you, the service at the teller is great, the last couple times I had to deal with them. But the automated text messages when you're late on a payment which doesn't properly compute your responses, the calls to your workplace with people who cannot properly speak English, the extremely long wait times you have to endure whenever you call (or are transferred to another department- for me it was 30-40 min wait before hanging up) or the failure for a branch to relay updated information to the head office of changes to your account. Despite the good service I may receive when dealing with someone face-to-face at a local branch, the very negative experience I have to deal with overall, really leaves a bad taste, in which they deserve a -5 /10 if the option was available.
