  I currently own a condo managed by Axia. There was damage caused to a fence at visitors parking. One day I get a call stating they want the money for the repair. This was the first time anyone mentioned the subject to me. None of my guests damaged the fence, I asked for a description of the driver, vehicle or the license plate. They will not return my emails but continue to send me emails stating that I per them $1000 for two fence posts that were replaced. They took my parking spot off auto withdrawal. 8 months went by before they informed me of their mess up. I asked to pay in 2 payments and then did not hear back about this issue. Every 8 months I get an email saying I owe them for another 8 months. It's been over 2 years now and they won't add the spot to my auto withdrawal and keep adding to my bill. I offered to cover the first 8 months of their mess up and pay the parking fees from here on out but they refused and again won't redoing to emails on this issue

  This company was purchased by CMG just over a year ago. The organization is poorly operated and managed. The equivalent of "slum landlords", they do the bare minimum and hire sub par contractors. The Property Managers themselves vary in skills and experience and should you be so fortunate to come across a good one, be prepared....they won't be there for long. I think I wrote that review about a year ago. The state of our property continues to decline. I have sent emails, photos, petitioned for an owners meeting (which we got) and still nothing changes. I have now been told to "please refrain from sending me further correspondence in this regard. I have received your concerns regarding the state of the property and they have been forwarded to the Board." Still, nothing changes.

  I hired them to manage my property while I was away... not only did they not remotely follow my requests (I. E. i asked for non smoking tenants but that wasn't respected ) when large amounts of damage was done to my property (broken doors, cracked tiles and holes in walls), they simply negated responsibility and hired (at my expense) a very shady contracting company to do repairs that to this day (4 years later) still haven't paid me back for undelivered items. Didn't know I could place review until now. BUT honestly. .. worse company ever!!!! Do not trust or bother with them.

  The most incompetent and useless company I have ever dealt with for anything. You would get better service at Mcdonalds drive through at 3 am with a half asleep 15 year old working alone. Absolutely pathetic.
