  Very helpful staff, always made sure that they were around if we needed help. Good prices too, a lot of things are at a final sale discount which is great

  The only problem was all of the boxes, and the slight lack in inventory. But due to it closing it is understandable. But the staff were nice and helpful.

  Am I really to understand that there is a ladies room but no men's room!? The men's room has been converted in favour of a ladies room and a gender neutral bathroom... Which is anything but gender NEUTRAL. It's a great way to alienate potential customers. But you've made it clear that some customers are more valuable to you than others by the way you have posted a sign that literally says "we don't care" on what used to be the men's room door... But evidently you care enough to maintain the sanctity of the ladies room. It's not a problem, there are enough competing businesses in a 20 minute walk that I don't need to give my money to businesses with posted signage indicating their open discrimination.

  Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable staff and great product selection. Was buying a strap for my guitar and had trouble choosing from the amazing selection. :)
