  Jerry and his staff are great problem solvers. When we had unique laundry requirements for our business, Avenue Appliance was able to understand our constraints and recommended a unique solution. ...and this isn't the first time that they have come through for us. Thanks guys!

  The best service. EVER! I had already gone to Coast Appliance and Trail Appliance and it was the worst service I had ever received. I ended up purchasing a Miele hood fan from Trail Appliances this past summer, because Coast Appliances provided me with one quote when I had asked for multiple quotes for different brand appliances to compare. Needless to say, they never called me back or emailed me when I had left them messages. Trail Appliances on the other hand wasn't that great either. When I ran into problems with the hood fan because the seller neglected to ask me how high my ceilings were, I ended up having to pay more for an extension and waiting weeks, which could have been avoided if he had asked prior to me placing the order! With that being said, I was introduced by my interior designer to Avenue, which I had never heard of. THANK GOD! Because I ended up buying my remaining appliances from them, and I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I NEVER take time to write reviews because I honestly feel that its 2 minutes of my life that I'll never get back (lol), but words cannot express how amazing their service was. The sales guy I had was so patient with me, and he explained everything I needed to know about Miele's product line and which one would best suited for my family. BUY YOUR APPLIANCES HERE!!!!!! Literally, in the 26 years of life that I have lived, I've never received such amazing service from anyone... until now. I genuinely hate ppl, so that should be an indicator of how awesome these guys are for anyone reading this!

  My wife and I were searching for a new Dishwasher and decided to look for a little higher end than we've been used to. Based on friends'experiences and online reviews, we settled on Mielè. After a quick search for local retailers, we found Avenue Appliances in Edmonton and decided to stop in for a look. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and more interested in our needs then their bottom line, and with no pressure whatsoever. Family owned, operated with a very professionally laid out and tidy facility. Most appliances were operating (maybe not the gas stoves but we didn't try them) and all prices displayed inside the units. Within an hour of entering the store, we had selected our model and were given options for delivery and install dates starting within 5 days. We'll certainly shop here again.

  So my boss asked me to find a microwave and and washer and dyer combo for an rental property of his. I called this place a man answered I introduced myself but he didn't do the same. I explained what I was looking for, his response was "You know we carry high end expensiveappliances?!". My response was "I don't care what brand it is." Then he put me on hold, I hung up. WHY did he ASSUME I wasn't looking for high end appliances????? I NEVER mentioned price. I was just looking for something that matched my criteria. A 24 inch Over the Range Microwave and a stacked washer and dryer that ran off gas under 30 inches wide. I would say look elsewhere for your appliances they weren't very helpful or friendly. I will be building a new house soon and can say they won't be on the top of my list to supply my appliances.

  WOW, first time ever I can say I LOVED shopping for appliances and the customer service was incredible!!! Jerry and Faith both out did themselves with helping us, we had a small issue with our Blue Star but Faith worked with us and got it resolved. Definitely would recommend to go and check them out. Higher end appliances but well worth it!!
