  AVOID AUTOSTRADA!! DISHONEST BUSINESS! MADE MY CAR WORSE & STILL DEALING WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I went there last year, paid over $1500 for them to not find a solution for my problem. THEN Went to the dealership and had the problem solved for half the price. GET THIS! Now a year later I've been trying to get my E-test done only to find Fouad has tampered with my car's computer and has tuned it illegally without my knowing. I've wasted over 10 hours of my life trying to get to the solution only to find out that my terrible time at AUTOSTRADA is still somehow affecting my life, and my wallet negatively. AVOID AUTOSTRADA AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE CROOKS!

  The two guys working here really know what they're doing and look like they really care about cars. I've done substantial repairs here twice and both times I've gotten excellent service with no surprises. The shop wasn't too busy when I picked up my car at the end of the day today so I asked a few questions about this repair and other cars. Fouad took the time to give me some tips, show me some parts, and explain what to look out for. Can't recommend these guys enough!

  I am originally from Toronto and did not know where to go to repair my 2007 BMW 328xi in Ottawa. My BMW had very stick steering to the point where it was getting stuck on turns. Called in and was told I could bring my car in right away. When I got there I told them what the problem was and they knew how to fix it without even checking the car. Instantly they called BMW and told me the price of the part I needed on the spot while still on the phone. My car was repaired in less than 4 hours and the steering is silky smoothe. Reasonably priced and clearly experts on European Vehicles. Very great work and would definitely recommend to any BMW owners in Ottawa looking for quality repairs at a fraction of the price of the dealership.

  My father in law took his cars to Autostrada and we have continued to do so. They are always extremely friendly, make honest and useful recommendations and I don't feel as though they do unnecessary work.
