  Do not use. Any good reviews on here are fake. I see one reviewer named Andrejis, the only time they answered my call after 20 phone calls was by someone named Andrejis, coincidence? Kept saying they would pick up a car I was shipping from Calgary to Surrey. Each day went by and nobody picked up the car .I tried every extension they have for about 3 days and only got an answer once and it consisted of "oh yeah we are picking it up today for sure". Obviously never happened. Never responded to my numerous emails. Finally had to leave a message for them not to pick up as I wasn't going to pay them. Just confirmed that reviewer named Andrejis is the Managing director of automoves. Confirmed via LinkedIn. Check for yourself Everything that he says in his response is completely made up and untrue. If the reviews are made by you the owner of automoves, yes that makes them false .Your name is Andrejis ludzeneks, the persons name that left two reviews is Andrejis Ludzeneks. If anyone doesn't believe me, check LinkedIn for yourself.

  DO NOT USE. Accepted a job at a premium price and then completely dropped the ball. Did not answer multiple calls or emails, nothing. Had a client waiting all day for the vehicles. Found another carrier at lower cost who got the job done and did it fast and good. Stay away from these clowns!

  Auto moves is a broker, They sell your info to random truck drivers, don't believe me? Use them and find out for your selfs. 4000$ in damages later.

  I used Automoves to transport my X5 from Greater Vancouver Area to Mississauga, Ontario earlier this month. My quote request was addressed within 1 hour and their rep followed up to address all my questions regarding available options. I went with transport option by rail since I wanted to get my car as soon as possible. Cost was a factor so I chose terminal to terminal service and dropped my vehicle off at their terminal in Richmond, BC. The car was on its way the following day and I was provided with a tracking number. Automoves rep called me 24 hours before arrival and advised that the car will be ready for pick up the following afternoon. Communication was great, my car arrived damage-free, so I am a happy camper!

  Just shipped my BMW X5 to Toronto. Automoves set everything up within 24 hours, had my car picked up with a flat bed the next morning and received my car in Toronto in 12 days. I was provided with live tracking on their website and their customer service was excellent! A+ service ;)
