    About a year ago, I bought another Subaru car from this place and the service I received was outstanding! The employees that work there are very honest. Before giving me the car they did an additional inspection and I was so pleased on how they went out of their way to make sure the car was running perfectly. I am aware of the consequences of buying a second hand car since it is not a new car, but the fact that they took the extra time to double check that the car was running smoothly, that was impressive and I never received this type of customer experience from any other dealership! So far the car needed the usual normal maintenance and it runs like it is brand new. Thank you for the honest service and outstanding experience!! I look forward to purchasing another car from you again.

    Friendly guys, but who wouldn't be trying to sell something? Bought a Subaru which apparently passed inspection. I was foolish enough to trust it and when I went to get my oil changed after 5000km I found out it the oil pan was rusted almost completely through, the sway bar bushings were shot, the control arm ball joints were deemed a safety risk by the auto shop, and one of the exhaust gaskets and spring bolts were almost completely corroded through. Additionally, we asked for the heat shield to be tack welded or repaired since it rattled, the shop these guys sent us to told us it was impossible to fix, it either had to be replaced completely or just taken off. Funny enough, my regular shop took a look and saw 6 bolts were missing and a clamp was loose. Easy fix apparently.

    Bought brand new winter tires from here and paid $70 to have them installed by their partner company. They made an appointment for 11AM the next day to have them installed. I waited from 11-1:45 to have them installed, only to have slow leaks in every single one of my tires. I called Auto Jacques Cartier to explain, "Michel" told me to go back to the same shop on Monday and they would fix me up. So, I took an afternoon off work, and went had my tires re-installed by their people again. 2 days later, I notice a slow leak in atleast 2 of the tires again (I had to also buy a portable air compressor so I could get my car from Point A to Point B because of their poor install). I monitored it for a week to be sure that it wasn't just changes in temp causing the issues as weather fluctuating significantly, but within a week 3/4 of my tires were completely flat again. After this, I called Auto Jacques Cartier to give them the feedback about the poor service I had with their partners. They were sort of receptive to the feedback, but told me again to go back and have them reinstalled by their people, that they install hundreds/thousands of tires and they have never had an issue like this and that I had bad luck. I told them I had spent enough time with their people already, and didn't trust them based on the experience that I had, and I would not be going back to their people for any kind of work, and that I was calling them strictly to provide feedback that their partner is not doing good work and it doesn't paint a good picture of them for their customers. They thanked me for the feedback, and that was that. This weekend after I made that call, I took the car to Legacy Auto Centre in Westboro (my trusted independent shop) and had the tires installed for a THIRD TIME. They found every single tire was leaking around the bead (could easily see this with soapy water on the tires/rims. Easy diagnosis that the initial people who messed up the install could/should have done), and that there was heavy corrosion on the rims that anyone that installs tires should have seen, that needed to be cleaned, grinded and polished away. Rather than doing what needed to be done, the folks that Auto Jacques Cartier had install my tires, just tried to clump on WAY TOO MUCH sealant glue to try and plug the leaks, rather than addressing what the problem actually was. Pathetic. Cutting corners to the max. So, now I have wasted nearly 6 hours of my life in Auto Jacques Cartier's installation partner's unheated waiting room, listening to their unprofessional staff between parts and tires desks scream and bicker back and forth at eachother, just to have their mechanics perform shoddy work on my vehicle on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, which I had to pay an additional $120+tax to have someone else clean up after the fact. The company, nor their installation partner offered any kind of refund. When I inquired about being refunded to the installation partner after the first install had been a mess, the lady at the shop just brushed me off. The worst part of all of this is that I was lied to by the installation partners. The lady actually told me that my rims had corrosion on them when I came back after the first install, but she told me they had not done the cleaning on the first install. It "normally costs an extra 20 dollars but we won't charge you" is what she told me on the second install. The cleaning on the second install they did never actually happened, after having them looked at and reinstalled by another mechanic, while I was there, it was evident that all they had done was gobbed and painted on a pile of sealant glue. Terrible experience. I would never buy tires from them again, given the experience with their shady business partners on the install side. If they are selling used cars with the promises of fixes from their mechanics, I'd be really wary because their mechanic partners aren't able to even successfully and adequately install a set of 18 inch winter tires.

    Perfect Service and very Good Price!!! After 9 months buying a car and my warranty was expired, they fix a small issue on the car with no fees. I'm so happy because I know I bought a old car and they fix it. Definitely, I'm coming back for a second car. They really have one word : CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
