  I was helped at the Nepean location - 36, Bentley, Unit 2 (it's in the back of the building so easy to miss as several garages are located in this area). A very polite and professional young man replaced my windshield in a matter of minutes at a very competitive price. On my way home, a malfunction signal came on as the light/rain sensors weren't operational. A quick email to Auto Glass Ottawa and minutes later, I had not only a response but an appointment the same morning. The problem was fixed at not extra charge in approximately 15 minutes and an apology from the young man. In spite of the minor problem, I still believe that this business deserves 5 starts for the quality of the customer service. I truly appreciate a business that takes ownership of their mistakes and fixes them quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

  I had a very good experience with Auto Glass Ottawa. My windshield cracked and needed a replacement as soon as possible. I called the company and the person on the phone said he could have it done for me as soon as possible, they changed my windshield instantly! Hands down the best customer service and the workers are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much, you guys are life savers!
