  Love the service department. They listened to my concerns and dealt with them as noted. Even when they did not find any issue I felt that they adequately assessed my concern and encouraged me to continue to monitor. Was able to call and make an appt within 2 days. Way to go Aurora Ford Yellowknife. !

  I found a new home for my 1998 Ford F-150 but before it could change hands we had to replace the starter and the service we received from Aurora Ford was as good as ever...we have only used Aurora Ford and recommend everyone to use them for servicing or purchases...

  Aurora Ford formally known and will always be known as KINGLAND FORD. Has great employees and service. No matter what they will help you either get into a new or used vehicle to receiving great service from the service dept. To fast parts from the parts dept. Every time I go in to get my car serviced I always get great awesome service from them. I can't wait till it is time to get a new Ford hopefully the new 2018 ECOSPORT.. Thanks again Ford

  The Aurora Ford team is great! The service department is quick to get you in for maintenance, they are very detailed and provide information to ensure you know how to properly take care of your vehicle if you're someone like me who doesn't know too much about vehicles. The management,sales/service staff and shuttle drivers are super friendly, honest and know how to take care of you! They make trade ins easy and quick. Thank you for all you do for us. Great job!!! I highly recommend Aurora Ford.
