  J'ai quitté le travail plus tôt un midi dans le but de faire plusieurs achats chez Audioshop : NAS, streamer, fils, etc. Je me suis cogné à la porte sur laquelle on pouvait y lire "De retour vers 14:30h". Tanné d'attendre et de payer le stationnement, je suis reparti vers 16h. Ce n'est que vers 17h qu'une personne a retourné un message vocal que j'ai laissé vers 15h. Bref, une gestion de commerce qui ne donne pas le goût d'y faire des achats aussi importants.

  Ordered an amp there. They told me they would get it in the next shipment the same week. A week later they didn't call so I did and they said the person who does the orders is not thdre and I should call a specific day next week. Next week I call and he is still not there so I ask them nicely if they can leave him a message to call me back. They told me he was too busy and would not call me and to call same day next week. Next week I called and he was still nowhere to be seen, I then bought my amp somewhere else expecting them to call later when they finally receive it and they never did call me. Horrible customer service and unreliable.

  McIntosh :-) Depuis les soixante-dix, je savais que les dollars permettaient un jour de vivre l'expérience d'un son haut de gamme.

  Je recommande à tout débutant de s'y rendre afin de voir de très beaux amplis, haut-parleurs et écouteurs. Le service est très bon, je me suis fais expliqué tout ce que je ne savais pas.
