Great location and environment. I enjoyed the suite and the use of the private recreation facility/spa. I would recommend this hotel for business travel.

This is a great hotel. The building also has offices abd, I think maybe, residential apartments as well as the hotel so the hotel part of the lobby is a little smaller. And the sign on the building isn't as big and obvious at first. But who really cares right?! The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms - or at least the one we had - are sweets with a bedroom and a living room (a tv in both rooms) and a little fridge in the kitchen area. Which meant we could buy snacks and keep them in said fridge (very nice when staying multiple days). Also a kettle and a pod coffee maker (with a couple free pods and tea bags). Also got a couple free bottles of water (which housekeeping replenished). The decor is a little dated -or at least not modern - but not a big deal. We were also on the ninth floor and had an nice view. There is also a healthclub in the building that guests can use. A pretty good gym with machines and free weights and lots of light from lots of windows. There is also a pool and hot tub. There are also squash courts (I didn't try to use the squash courts so not sure if they are also available to guests). Finally location is awesome: 2 minute walk to convention centre, 5-10 minute walk to sky train, steam clock and plenty of restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to China town and maybe about that or a tad more to Stanley Park.

Cheap n cheerful. No bar, restaurant or room service, at all. Decent sized fridge and microwave in rooms though. Great for no frills stays. Rooms small ish but definitely nicer than days inn. Staff were nice and friendly. Have stayed there 3 times.

It was a lovely room. Service was very good. EMPLOYEES were all very polite. But the bed was very firm for me , my husband was ok, with it. Breakfast Staff , we're very nice also.
