  We had a very enjoyable stay. Our last breakfast was not the same as the previous two. It seemed to us that there was only one waiter working and that perhaps it was his first day. We did not get the coffees that we asked for. Service was very slow and not very efficient. Other guests were clearing their own tables. We asked for certain food items and never received them. Again, we assumed that it was the waiter's first day and for whatever reason, there was not enough staff working. We felt badly for him. However, the remainder of our stay was wonderful. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again and will definitely recommend your Auberge.

  Concernant l'hôtel tout était très bien. Nous étions très confortable dans notre suite junior . Le restaurant était sympatique mais le service du petit déjeuner a été excessivement long un matin, notre commande a été oubliée. La nourriture le matin était correct mais sans plus et pour le souper, les desserts n'étaient pas à la hauteur.

  We had a wonderful stay! It was our first time visiting Quebec and when we come back (which we will!) we will return to the Auberge Place d'armes. From the friendly staff, to the quaint rooms and wonderful restaurant - we were not disappointed. The location was perfect; within walking distance to many site-seeing opportunities, as well as a short walk to catch a taxi cab our scheduled tour. Simply put, we chose the best place possible to spend our honeymoon.

  We loved our room it was super cute. We were upgraded because there was availability and it was great. Loved the exposed stone and decor. The restaurant's food was delicious. Wish there were more breakfast choices but it was really good! The option to hold our luggage while we were site seeing was also great. Location is perfect! We had a view of Chateau Frontenac from our bedroom window loved it!! Ty

  We were so pleased with our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and always felt taken care of by the front desk staff. Breakfast was wonderful (multiple options!) and our second morning, we were leaving before the restaurant opened (and so we just assumed would miss breakfast) but were offered take-away breakfast, which we thought was just above and beyond. Loved our room, comfortable, warm, and clean. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Quebec City.
