The staff is courteous and friendly the atmosphere is great the only thing it lacks is the price difference. I bought my car from here but moved to London Ontario right after, to get my safety test done in London its $50 but it's waived if I'm getting my car serviced which I find reasonable, but at this dealership they ask for $150 for safety test, it doesn't get waived even if your service bill goes up to $800. I need to change my breaks and are quoting me $580 + tax where I got a quote from Canadian tire for $300, it's literally double the price. I don't know who is setting the prices here but they're rediculous. You're better off driving to another city, you'd be saving a lot of money.

Oh my... where do i begin ... I bought my 2018 corolla from Chris at Attrell.. The purchasing experience was fantastic.. I felt like I took advantage of him... Made me wonder if he made anything on the deal.. When they say your COMPLETE SATISFACTION is IMPORTANT THEY REALLY MEAN IT... If you're in the market for a car ... please drop by .. no hassle... they are there to get you into the car you want... I wish I had of done business with them Year's ago.... don't hesitate...give them a call...

We just bought a used Sienna from this dealership. We had found it on Auto Trader and live in Niagara. Our experience with this dealership was wonderful. We worked with Gerard who navigated us through the process with ease, from beginning to end. We have only had the van for a day but are confident in the product we purchased and how it was prepared for us by Attrell Toyota. Thank you so much!

Sales Agent (Gerard) was very helpful. I am very satisfied with my car and the services at Attrell Toyota. I highly recommend my friends & Families to go there. Gerard is very friendly, fun guy and helpful. I would rate him 5 stars. Very professional in his work, got the car the very next day. I was impressed with Gerard, he made us laugh the whole time. Had an entertaining experience, we felt no pressure.

Overall this Toyota dealer is an Okay. They didn't do much that would force me to give them a 0. However I wish to point few things to potential shoppers who come down to this dealer. It kind of surprises me that the Dealers don't know specs on the cars they are selling, particular the fine difference between "Recommended" and "Only" marking for vehicles using Premium grade fuel. A vehicle that has a sticker that says "Premium Only" is well "Premium" ONLY, there is no 87-89. So as such I recommend you check the fuel grade your vehicle must use, otherwise you will buy a vehicle that operates on Premium only. The second thing that was bit unfortunate is how everyone in Service department seems so bloody pissed off. Throwing customer keys and acting towards colleagues with a wind of prejudice. I mean everyone hates their job at one point, but please don't involve customer keys, those things aren't cheap to replace and it will be the customer forced to pocket out the money not the staff member who broke them. With that said I don't have much to say, other then they will try to feed you the extra Warranty and one thing I lost respect for Toyota is there Warranty is now on-par with USA car manufacturers. We had our Sales Rep poke holes into Mitsubishi Warranty saying there cars brake that's why they have such long warranty. I mean how out of place does that sound? There is no financial gain for Mitsubishi to be offering longer warranty as they are the ones covering the repairs and parts, the difference is there cars actually last longer then there warranty. So with that said take everything Sales Rep says with a bit of "Salt" because their main goal is to "Sell" and to say misleading and non valid information, about other Manufactures and there own vehicles.
