  Went in to buy shoes. Not once did a staff member acknowledge me, approach me, or offer assistance. There were 2 other people also looking at shoes who were not assisted at all. It is impossible to buy shoes when nobody can go get you a size from the stock room. There were 4 or so staff in store and they all hung out by the tills talking while the customers were left unattended. Everyone who left the store while I was there did not purchase anything.

  I wish I could give it a no star. Me and my sister went in there to buy something. There were 2 customers who were checking out, and they took 20minutes to finish with them. We both had work and this was a last minute thing. FINALLY, it was our turn, and we were polite to the cashier and as she was removing the security tags, my sister expressed how frustrated she was that it took so long to ME. The cashier STOPS and tells my sister STOP being obnoxious or I will refuse the service. WHEN IT WAS A CONVERSATION BETWEEN MY SISTER AND I!! So I ask for the manager. The manager comes. Shes just waiting for us to finish talking. Then says "she can do that to make sure that there is a safe space for everyone." ?????? Me and my sister talking with each other is making others unsafe????? We were even whispering to each other. I work retail and I have had rude and loud customers and I make sure to behave and be EXTRA nice to retail workers. It gets better. Then the MANAGER, asks "What do you want to do now?" Not even bothering to understand or listen to our side about how rudely we were treated. So I tell the manager that she is not listening and that I want to speak with someone higher, SHE calls the SECURITY! Utterly humiliating!! Do not recommend. Overpriced and rude customer service. Quick Update: I got a call from the store manager Aaron, and he invited me to come and to talk about what had happened. Aaron is a very professional, and great person. He listened to the situation and explained in detail what was going to happen and we came to a solution. Aaron even gave me the coat at a discounted price. I feel very satisfied about the results. Great guy!

  Great staff, really knowledgable and friendly! Really amazing selection for all camping needs, and good prices.

  Not a bad experience at all. I got what I was looking for at a cheaper price than expected, cant complain there. They do have alot of over priced things in the shop but that's not what I went in for. The staff were friendly and helpful. No issues.

  Lots of great sales on good brands! Also the ability to order things in store was super helpful! Definitely checkout atmosphere if your looking for good quality outdoor gear.
