I WISH I can write about the care and services they provided. After several months of attempting to book an appointment with them, it's clearly obvious the constant confusions, voicemails, chasing and frustration is clearly not meant to be. I, and my doctor BY REFERRAL, requested the Bank location seeing as I reside in the East end. TWICE they booked me at Merivale because the doctor assigned is there that day. I don't know first names like Andrea(?) and such. I am not privy to their itinerary. I'm not aware of their hours. So much so, that when I was re-booked for a 4PM appointment, I was then told that the doctor leaves at 3:30PM (??). Called back the day off and was rescheduled again for April 5th 8AM. Spoke to a representative at the one shared general phone number, advised of past confusions because the number and caller NEVER identifies which location they are calling from. Assured by Bank of their hours. Odd, Google says they open at noon. I once spoke to someone thinking they were from Bank, only to find out I was talking to Nepean. Fourth attempt to meet them. Arrived 7:30PM to freezing windchill biting morning, and the Bank/Heron door won't open (stiff). Staff from the dentistry office next door advised to try another door - locked. Called and left voicemail. Checked online: Bank closed BUT Nepean location IS open. "Not again." I thought. Heading to the office, I get a call at 7:50AM stating they are open. Stuck at Landsdowne and advised the caller I'll be late because I'm at Landsdowne. Returned at 8:15AM, door opens to the basement. Curious: What does one do if they suffer an injury that prevents them from going down stairs? Headed down where three black chairs were the only presence to greet me. There's a dimly lit little cubby hallway with no sign above or to the side. I'm thinking to myself;" I shouldn't be free-roaming this impressive physio studio in solitude AND where is everyone?" Peaking my head to see if anyone is around. "Hello? Hello?" - nothing. There's murmuring. There's a short hallway almost facing the basement entrance, without signage, I assumed was the coat room but I was trying to find Reception. After walking down one hallway, I decided to return and take a peak at the dimly lit short hallway facing the basement main door entrance, which at passing glance, I seriously thought it was a coat check counter to the left, which happened to be the reception counter, where I was told that I was late and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Did I NOT just get off the phone with you and made a complete stop, asked to come back because there's still time, came back only to be turned AWAY?? There will not be a 4th time. I've lived with the snap, crackles, pops, grinding and pain for years. My doctor was concern of permanent issues. We've exhausted ultrasound, physio, acupuncture, and massage. We have not tried the injections. My casual attire may have thrown off the one person I spoke to, but I wasn't going to wear a shirt and tie in case my shoulder bled after the injections. I can only review based on my incredibly inconvenient experiences. I cannot review their care and practice because none received, but not for a lack of trying. However, if the care they provided has benefited and enriched your life for the better - fantastic! Healthy life is a happy life. I certainly did not get any, nor do I desire to accommodate myself any further. My Doctor and I will be looking for alternatives (months wasted). But, if you and yours got some positives from Athlete's Care - WONDERFUL. :-)

I came to Athletes Care after doing gymnastics and needing some help to optimize my fitness. I saw a chiropractor, a massage therapist and a physiotherapist. I have to say that each provider was super professional and great at their practice. The friendly staff and super clean location makes this a definitely choice in my books.
